Books & Releases

When will your books be available?

Our first titles are currently in development. You can join The Leaf & Quill List to be notified when pre-orders open.

Will your books be available internationally?

We currently ship within Canada and the U.S. International options may be added in the future.

Do you accept submissions from other authors?

Not at this time, but we’re open to collaborative projects in the future. Stay connected through our newsletter for updates.

Pre-Orders

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve a title before its official release. Your payment secures your copy, and the book ships once it becomes available. See our Pre-Order Policy for full details.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes, within 24 hours of purchase. After that, pre-orders are final, unless the item is damaged or delayed significantly.

What if I order in-stock and pre-order items together?

We’ll ship the full order once the pre-order item is ready. If you'd like separate shipments, please place two separate orders.

Shipping & Packaging

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by region. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

Yes! We aim to use recyclable, compostable, or minimal-waste packaging whenever possible.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes—physical items can be returned within 14 days if they’re unused and in original condition. See our Refunds & Exchanges Policy for details.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days with a photo and description. We’ll happily replace it or offer a refund.
